What are Computer Graphics?

Computer Graphics is an art of drawing pictures, lines, charts etc., on computer screen by using programming language.

In Computer Graphics objects are presented as a collection of discrete picture elements i.e. pixels. Pixel is the smallest screen element.

The user can edit graphic object with keyboard, mouse and touch sensitive panel on the screen. 

Graphic devices = I/P devices + Display devices

  • Non Interactive Graphics:  It a Computer Graphics in which the user does not have any kind of control over the image. Eg: Screen saver 
  • Interactive Graphics: It involves a two way communication between Computer and User.
